Room size and affordability.
The morning breakfast egg omelet wasn't the best.
The bed was very comfortable; plenty of hot water; easy in/out; nearby restaurants w/in walking distance. I will stay there on my return trip.

I like the location which is convenient to shopping and restaurants.
The hotel staff was sketchy. While the lady who checked us in was very curt, the next clerk was very friendly.

It's clean and friendly and not far from my family who lives in Alexander Arkansas.
Walls need a little painting on them.
This is my second visit to this hotel, I think it's a nice place to stay for a weekend visit.
